RETURM POLICY

During the long transportation,the item may be damaged by the rude processing.If you have any concern about either
receiving an unsatisfying/wrong/defective item,please don't hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

Ihomon issues at least 1-year product quality warranty and 30-day refund.Please kindly contact the seller directly for the
exact warranty period for each product.

For an unsatisfying product,you can return the product to us within 30 calendar days.Please be advised that Customers
are responsible for all return shipping charges.

For a wrong product, which is different from the one you ordered.
1、You could return it in its original form and get replacement after returned items is inspected. Seller will be
responsible for the return cost.
2、If you could accept it, seller will offer 10% discount.

For a defective product, which is damaged during transportation, simply take pictures/video for us to confirm,
seller will send you a free replacement. NO RETURN NEEDED.

Note: The returned product must be packed in the original, unmarked package including all accessories,
manuals, documentations and registrations that were delivered with the product. Before you return the
product, please contact us for the return address.

You are eligible to return the product to us for repair if your product develops a fault within 1-year of receipt of your goods.

It is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods and you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning goods
to us unless we have delivered goods to you in error.also except the goods were damaged during delivery.

Your statutory rights as a consumer is not affected by this.
